18th century house edenton North Carolina Levi Creecy Levi Creecy house is listed as 1792 it's not old enough to be on the pre 1776 homes near broad st. However still over 225 years old. This home has become an update / restore project for me as I will do most of the work myself. This will be my biggest undertaking to date, I am retired so this will become my retirement job.
